All orders are processed with 1-2 weeks business days except pre-orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

A pre‑order item is a piece that is not yet in stock but available for advance purchase. Pre‑orders allow you to secure your size and style before production is completed. Once production arrives, we’ll ship your order immediately.
2. Payment
Pre‑orders are charged in full at the time of purchase, regardless of the estimated delivery date. This payment confirms your reservation and helps us plan sustainable production—reducing waste and overstock.
Available payment options are the same as regular orders (including Afterpay, Sezzle, etc.).
3. Estimated Delivery
Each product page lists an estimated delivery window (e.g., “Expected to ship in May 2026”). These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We’ll email you updates if the timeline shifts.
4. Cancellations and Changes
All pre‑order sales are final once placed. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged except in cases of major manufacturing faults.
If we approve a cancellation under special circumstances, a store credit (valid 12 months) may be issued.
5. Returns and Faulty Items
Pre‑order purchases are non‑refundable unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty item, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.
Please check our size charts carefully before ordering, as sizing issues do not qualify for return.
6. Colour and Fabric Disclaimer
Slight variations in colour, texture, or print placement may occur due to different screen settings and natural fabric characteristics. These are not considered faults.
7. Combined Orders
If your cart includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless you request separate shipping. Additional postage fees may apply.
